Half a jar of sweet orange marmalade.

1/4 CUP SOY

Two good shots of bourbon

Lots of black pepper (to taste)

Combine above ingredients, divide in half. Set half aside in fridge. use other half to marinate deboned teal breast.

Cut up sweet onion. Take onion piece and marinated teal meat and wrap in 1/2 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick.

Cook on grill or in oven, and brush with other half of marinade while cooking.

Done when the bacon on outside is cooked.
