This guy creates Bald Eagles out of feathers from other birds: turkey, geese and ordinary chicken feathers, since it is illegal to possess eagle feathers in the U.S.  He irons, trims and shapes each feather and uses feet and beaks molded and cast from real Bald Eagles.  His work is so intricate that he places each individual feather by hand, and each Eagle is banded with a numbered federal eagle leg band.
