Outside a couple of mornings ago and had my first indication of commin hunting season. I was walking the dog and heard Sandhill cranes headed south. Lo and behold, walked the dog this morning and -----North wind 15--25 mph cloudy / slight mist and really cooler. Not huntin weather yet, but I am thinkin that my neck was ah startin to swell!!! Come on huntin season!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya David, it's been to long. Just checked out the weather out there and flash flood watch thru thursday evening. Expecting 2-5in of the o'l wet stuff, going to hit us just right. We have had a reasonably wet spring and summer so I am hopeing to set my cross hairs on o'l mossy horn this year. Really excited for this season.
