A question about TPWD regs.

While looking through the regulations to see if they specified shot size for geese, or if what I used up north was ok, I have all steel just wanted to make sure I was good on size. While looking through I found an area talking about bag limits and it says that the geese have to be tagged? I didn't get any tags with my licsense, Is this a mis-print? If not where do I get the tags?

There is no restriction on shot size but I would not attempt to take a goose with anything smaller than #2 steel and that would be at close range. I've never heard of a goose tag and am not sure where you picked this up but take a look at the link below, this is the office 2010 rules for Texas waterfowling. Good luck.

I looked again, I may have read it wrong, in the Texas Waterfowl Digest, page 7, Daily bag and possesion. It says that you can have your limit on you and more if your carrying someone else' geese, but you must have a wildlife resource document to carry some else' game. So Just a case of I read it wrong and I asked because I had never heard of a tag for geese before, but this is my first time hunting in geese in TX and I didn't want to get in trouble. And I usually use BB or BBB shot for geese, just wanted to see if that was good here, thanks for the info.

A wildlife resource document is required if you give part or all of an animal you harvested to someone else.  It is used when you leave part of an animal with a taxidermist, or when you give some of the animal to another person and they plan to take it home with them.  It shows who did the actual harvest, so that the recipient doesn't have to have a license, or have it counted against their bag.
