Got to love the opportunities for public waterfowl hunting in Texas. Heres a mixed bag limit I took yesterday on public land in Jefferson county. When the birds are here public land holds plenty of opportunity if your will to work a little. I know there will come a day when I can’t physically make the 1000 yard round trip walks thru the marsh to be consistently successful on the public waterfowl lands I hunt but I’ve got a few years left in me.
