praying this tropical system brings us some rain in s.e.texas.. if we get the water it will make for a good season, due to the lack of food in the flyway due to flooding and crop destruction.. ducks and geese should push on down..we have plenty of rice, corn , and milo for them but no water.. hope this storm hits in the right place and keeps us on the wet side..
