I know the weather has been bad and all but this is the time of year when the saltwater really heats up. I thought there would be more comments from fishing fanatics here in Austin!

We had a good time as always fishing with Kris. He not only trys to get you on fish but takes the time to explain why he is fishing a certain area at a certain time.

As his report above says, we struggled while Kris showed us the ropes, the way the weather turned out Sat. we were basically finesse fishing. The water stayed cold and skys clouded up and it got colder.

I have fished with Double K on several previous trips and taken people from work always with great success. Not always slaying them but always alot of fun and more than worth the price of addmision. If you have someone that you want to introduce to saltwater fishing,,, for my money there is no better choice. He will take the time and patience to teach. My wife, who is not a fisherperson, was impressed with Kris the first time she fished with him, especially after she fished with another guide.

BTW. 20 trout ain't bad.

I have never done this kind of fishing, its sounds really great. I will surely try this one.
