Family oriented year round deer lease is northwest of Archer City & south of Holliday. Lease has had a management plan in place for several years. Only animals that can be taken must be 3-1/2 years old, a minimum 150" 10 point or 130" 8 point. Hunters must report game cam photos to determine culls. Animals on the lease include whitetail deer, hogs, turkey, dove, some ducks and some javelina. Camp area has electricity with room for travel trailers. Lease is divided in to sections around 140-160 acres each, can use bow & gun, with most of the hunters being bow hunters at $2000 a year.
