Looking for a Lab

I've been a duck hunter for over 12 years and a duck guide for almost 3 years. My friends always had trained bird dogs, so my labs got to act like lazy roommates. Now I'm looking for a started or finished dog that's willing to put on a performance in the blind. Not by any means am I looking for a handout, (I know what these critters are worth) I'm just trying to save some extra steps due to the amount of birds I expect this year. Any thoughts? Anyone out there have a fully trained lab that's just itchin' to get back out there and do what they do best?
